Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für die Produktwebsite smartinboxpilot.com. Für die macOS-App gilt die gesonderte Datenschutzerklärung der App.

2. Bereitstellung der Website und Server-Logs

Beim Aufruf dieser statischen Website verarbeitet der technische Hosting-Dienstleister die für die Auslieferung erforderlichen Zugriffsdaten. Das sind insbesondere IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Abrufs, aufgerufene Datei oder URL, übertragene Datenmenge, HTTP-Status, Referrer-URL sowie Browser- und Betriebssysteminformationen, soweit diese vom Browser übermittelt werden.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Unser berechtigtes Interesse ist die sichere, stabile und fehlerfreie Bereitstellung der Website sowie die Abwehr und Aufklärung von Missbrauch.

Der Hosting-Dienstleister verarbeitet diese Daten nur nach unseren Weisungen, soweit er als Auftragsverarbeiter tätig ist. Zugriffsprotokolle werden nur so lange aufbewahrt, wie dies für Sicherheit und Fehleranalyse erforderlich ist; die für den Produktivbetrieb verbindliche Aufbewahrungsfrist und der eingesetzte Hosting-Dienstleister werden vor Veröffentlichung dieser Website geprüft und dokumentiert.

3. Keine Cookies, Analyse oder eingebundenen Drittinhalte

Diese Website setzt keine Cookies ein und verwendet keine Reichweitenmessung, Werbenetzwerke, Social-Media-Plugins, Webfonts, Karten, Videos oder sonstigen eingebundenen Drittinhalte. Sie speichert keine Informationen auf deinem Gerät und greift nicht auf solche zu. Deshalb ist für die aktuelle Website kein Cookie-Banner vorgesehen.

Wenn diese Dienste später ergänzt werden, passen wir diese Datenschutzerklärung und gegebenenfalls den Einwilligungsprozess vorher an.

4. Kontakt

Die Website enthält kein Kontaktformular und keine Newsletter-Anmeldung. Wenn du uns freiwillig per Telefon oder E-Mail kontaktierst, verarbeiten wir die von dir übermittelten Angaben, um dein Anliegen zu bearbeiten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit deine Anfrage auf einen Vertrag oder vorvertragliche Maßnahmen gerichtet ist, sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Kontaktanfragen löschen wir, sobald sie abschließend bearbeitet sind und keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht entgegensteht.

5. Empfänger und Drittlandbezüge

Empfänger der Zugriffsdaten ist der für die technische Bereitstellung eingesetzte Hosting-Dienstleister. Weitere Empfänger können E-Mail- oder Telekommunikationsdienstleister sein, wenn du uns kontaktierst. Eine Übermittlung in Staaten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums findet durch die Website selbst nicht statt.

Vor einer Änderung der Hosting- oder Dienstleisterstruktur prüfen wir, ob ein Drittlandbezug entsteht, und ergänzen gegebenenfalls die erforderlichen Informationen und Garantien in dieser Datenschutzerklärung.

6. Deine Rechte

Du hast bei Vorliegen der gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Eine erteilte Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.

Wir passen diese Datenschutzerklärung an, wenn sich die Website, die eingesetzten Dienstleister oder die rechtlichen Anforderungen ändern. Maßgeblich ist die jeweils veröffentlichte Fassung mit ihrem Stand.

2. Providing the website and server logs

When you access this static website, the technical hosting provider processes the access data necessary to deliver it. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested file or URL, the volume of data transferred, HTTP status, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information where supplied by your browser.

Processing takes place under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website and the prevention and investigation of misuse.

Where the hosting provider acts as a processor, it processes this data only on our instructions. Access logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting. The binding retention period and the hosting provider used in production will be checked and documented before this website is published.

3. No cookies, analytics or embedded third-party content

This website does not set cookies and does not use audience measurement, advertising networks, social-media plugins, web fonts, maps, videos or other embedded third-party content. It neither stores information on, nor accesses information from, your device. Therefore, no cookie banner is provided for the current website.

If we add such services later, we will update this Privacy Notice and, where required, the consent process beforehand.

4. Contact

The website contains neither a contact form nor a newsletter signup. If you voluntarily contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the information you provide in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps; otherwise it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete contact requests once they have been finally handled, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

5. Recipients and third-country transfers

The recipient of access data is the hosting provider used for the technical operation of the website. Further recipients can be e-mail or telecommunications providers when you contact us. The website itself does not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

Before changing hosting or service-provider arrangements, we will assess whether a third-country transfer arises and, where necessary, add the required information and safeguards to this Privacy Notice.

6. Your rights

Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
